The International Yoga Festival 2025 commenced today at Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh, attracting over 900 yoga enthusiasts and spiritual seekers from 50 countries. Running from March 9 to 15, the week-long festival aims to celebrate the transformative power of yoga through a rich mix of workshops, yoga classes, spiritual discourses, and cultural events, all set along the sacred banks of the Ganges.
Organized by Parmarth Niketan in partnership with Uttarakhand Tourism, the festival has become a key global platform for promoting health, wellness, and cultural exchange. This year’s event features internationally renowned yoga instructors, spiritual leaders, and wellness experts, offering participants a chance to explore various yoga styles, such as Hatha, Kundalini, Ashtanga, and Iyengar.
