CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio – This Saturday morning, Chagrin Yoga Studio invites yoga enthusiasts to participate in their outdoor “Yoga By The Falls” event at Triangle Park, starting at 9 a.m. The session marks part of a series designed to foster a deeper connection with nature through yoga practice.
Scheduled for the second and fourth Saturdays of August (August 10th and 24th), the sessions offer a complimentary 60-minute yoga experience. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and water for hydration.
Aly Woodard of Chagrin Yoga shared her enthusiasm for this summer’s sessions, which began in June and have garnered positive feedback. “The experience of practicing yoga outdoors at Triangle Park has been wonderful so far,” she noted. Each session features distinct themes led by various instructors from the studio.
Approximately 20 participants have been attending each session, drawn by the serene outdoor setting that enhances the yoga experience. According to Woodard, “Being outdoors not only fosters relaxation but also grounds participants, heightening their awareness of the present moment.”
Yoga By The Falls holds a special place in Chagrin Falls’ summer calendar, attracting both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Many have started their yoga journey here, transitioning from outdoor sessions to regular classes inside the Chagrin Yoga Studio.
