The St. Pete Yoga Festival will return on December 8, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., inviting attendees to embrace wellness and community at the historic Sunken Gardens in St. Petersburg. Founded in 2011 by Vandana Dillon, the festival has become a signature event for yoga enthusiasts, offering a day filled with yoga, music, and mindfulness.
This year’s festival will honor the late Kirtan legend David Newman, who passed away in April, with a special concert to celebrate his life and legacy. For $45, attendees will gain full access to the Sunken Gardens, enjoy a diverse array of yoga sessions, and experience live musical performances. Local vendors will also be on hand to showcase artwork, wellness products, and healing services.
Set against the stunning backdrop of one of Florida’s most scenic destinations, the festival offers a variety of yoga styles, from traditional practices to more contemporary approaches. Participants can also enjoy talks from local wellness leaders and a range of musical performances throughout the day.
For those seeking a premium experience, VIP tickets are available for $75. This package includes all-day access, an exclusive indoor yoga session with sound healing, and a catered lunch provided by one of the festival’s food vendors.
In addition to its celebration of yoga and wellness, the festival will host a raffle to benefit Embracing the World Charities (Amma.org), with proceeds supporting local Karma Yoga initiatives. The event offers an opportunity for attendees to deepen their practice, connect with like-minded individuals, and support a good cause.
