BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Residents of Bernards Township are invited to join Mayor Jennifer Asay for an outdoor yoga session in collaboration with The Basking Ridge Indian Community. Originally slated for June 21, the event has been rescheduled and will now take place on Monday, July 15.
The session, aimed at promoting relaxation and rejuvenation through Hatha yoga, will be conducted by Reena Singhvi, an instructor from ReeVive Yoga Studio in Basking Ridge and Gopi Yoga Studio in Warren. Participants can immerse themselves in nature while partaking in the class.
The event welcomes individuals of all skill levels, offering a free admission policy. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats or towels along with a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.
Scheduled to commence at 7:00 p.m., the event will unfold amidst the serene surroundings of Harry Dunham Park. Participants can find the gathering spot on the grass adjacent to the pavilion and bocce ball court at 450 Somerville Road.
