Leamington Spa is set to welcome a new addition to its fitness scene next month with the opening of a Hotpod Yoga studio. Located at Jephson Court in Tancred Close, the studio will officially open its doors on Thursday, August 8th. The venture is spearheaded by Stacey Sheret, a dedicated full-time mother and certified yoga instructor.
Stacey first encountered Hotpod Yoga in 2015 during her time in Nottingham. Despite trying various yoga styles previously, it was the unique blend of heat, scents, and ambient sounds that deeply resonated with her. Her passion for the practice led her to pursue ownership of the Leamington Spa studio, aiming to introduce others to the transformative benefits she herself experienced.
In celebration of its launch, the studio will offer a series of complimentary taster classes from August 8th to 11th. Stacey expressed her excitement about sharing Hotpod Yoga with the community, stating, “I fell in love with Hotpod Yoga almost a decade ago and have since been a passionate advocate for its incredible benefits. Our studio offers a unique experience; stepping into the pod will feel like a warm embrace. Everyone is welcome, regardless of their yoga experience level. I hope our space will serve as a sanctuary where people can temporarily disconnect from their hectic lives and find peace, allowing them to reset and rejuvenate their minds and bodies.”
The opening of the Hotpod Yoga studio in Leamington Spa represents not only a new business venture but also a commitment to promoting wellness and mindfulness within the local community. With its inclusive approach and distinctive environment, the studio aims to provide a haven for all who seek relaxation and rejuvenation through the practice of yoga.
