Kathmandu, Nepal – Oshodhara Nepal, a prominent meditation and spiritual initiative founded by Samarthguru Siddhartha Aulia, is set to host Dhyan Yog programs in six locations across the country from October 25 to 27, 2024. These programs aim to provide participants with a transformative experience centered on achieving inner peace, vitality, clarity of purpose, and the science of success.
Manju Sharma, the National Coordinator for Nepal, emphasized the program’s focus on fostering a positive approach to life and self-transformation. The sessions are tailored for a diverse audience, including students, professionals, homemakers, and businesspeople, with an emphasis on enhancing concentration, reducing stress, and promoting a spiritually enriching lifestyle.
Participants will also have the unique opportunity to receive Naad Deeksha from Samarthguru during the online sessions, adding a distinctive element to the experience. Sharma expressed enthusiasm for this large-scale initiative, noting its importance in modern society, where individuals increasingly seek both success and spiritual fulfillment.
The Dhyan Yog program is not only set to take place in Nepal but is also being organized in over 30 Dhyan Kendras throughout India. The Dhyan Sadhana Kendras in Nepal have been actively organizing various programs, with Manglapur Dhyan Kendra recently hosting a one-day meditation event that attracted over 125 participants.
Moreover, the Buddhanagar Dhyan Kendra has been conducting weekly Saturday Dhyan Satsang sessions, promoting peace and mindfulness within the community. Established by Gurudev as a national center, Buddhanagar plays a crucial role in disseminating Samarthguru’s teachings through the Dhamartha Guru Jivanta Dhara Sadhana method.
These centers are dedicated to individuals of all ages, offering a means for them to connect with themselves through Omkar, a core principle of Sanatan Dharma taught by sages and saints throughout history. By remaining socially active, the centers promote practical and impactful methods to help individuals rediscover their inner joy—a vital pursuit in today’s fast-paced world.
