The Beacon Portal is set to host a Pay-as-you-Feel Freedom Yoga event on November 16. The session, which will last 45 minutes, aims to cater to individuals at all levels, including those new to yoga.
In a recent social media post, The Beacon announced, “We have booked another Saturday morning session on November 16, now extended to 45 minutes.”
Led by experienced instructor Ruth, who brings 25 years of expertise in various fitness disciplines including Yoga Shred, Core Strength Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, face yoga, and myofascial stretch, participants will be guided through a practice that emphasizes listening to one’s body and rediscovering personal well-being.
Participants are advised that mats will be provided, and it is recommended to wear loose clothing and bring a water bottle. Attendees can contribute what they feel is appropriate, whether that be £5 or no payment at all.
The class will begin promptly at 9:15 a.m., so attendees are encouraged to arrive early.
